Daniel F. Hartman, MD, FACS
Daniel F. Hartman, M.D., F.A.C.S. is a San Francisco native who completed his undergraduate training at the University of California, Davis and obtained his medical degree from the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine. His internship and Specialty training in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery (Ear, Nose and Throat) were both completed at the Stanford University Medical Center.
Dr. Hartman is Board Certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery. He has been in practice in San Francisco for over 23 years, treating both adults and children. As a Professor at the University of California at San Francisco, he received several awards for clinical excellence.
He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery, and the American College of Surgeons.
Areas of special interest include treatment of snoring and sleep apnea, sinus disorders, and hearing loss. In addition, Dr. Hartman is one of the few Ear, Nose and Throat specialists who is also a licensed hearing aid dispenser. As such, he provides complete care for all hearing disorders from diagnosis to treatment, whether the treatment is medical, surgical or utilizing cutting edge technologies for hearing enhancement.
Dr. Hartman was recently reported by Brown and Toland Medical Group as among their Physicians rated in the top 10 percent on patient satisfaction measures.
